Responsibilities

Roxanna provides day-to-day IT support, including computer maintenance, software assistance, Liaison for NI&S and OU Admin for the College of Engineering Dean’s Office.

Background

Roxanna joined Virginia Tech in 1999 in the Near Environments department in the College of Human Resources and Education as a Computer Lab and Resource Library Manager. In 2003 she moved to the Office of Multicultural Affairs and later into the IT Support Group for the Executive Vice President and Provost. She joined the College of Engineering Dean’s Office in 2020 as an Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist. Her prior experience includes Ensemble Admin, Banner Fixed Assets, and Building Coordinator.
