Responsibilities

Paul is an inVenTs Studio Graduate Assistant for the Center for the Enhancement of Engineering Diversity. He is responsible for maintaining the makerspace inside Hoge Hall and helping first-year participants use the space safely. He will also be working with members of the Galipatia Leadership Team and their committee members to help them complete the tasks and goals of their committees. 

Education

Paul received his undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering from Virginia Tech in the Spring of 2023. He is currently pursuing his Masters in Civil Engineerign with a focus in structures and materials.

Background

This is Paul's fifth year with CEED and his first as a studio graduate assistant. He was previously a freshman in the Galileo program. As a sophomore, he was a mentor for nine freshman in Galileo and a member of the academic committee for Galipatia. During his junior and senior years, he was a member of the Galipatia Leadership Team and served as one of the committee liaison for the studio training committee.
