Education

BS in Industrial Engineering and minor in Economics at the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez (UPRM). Currently pursuing a PhD in Industrial and Systems Engineering.

Background

From Aguadilla, Puerto Rico. Was one of the Outreach Coordinators with the Women in Engineering at UPRM, where activities were organized for high school students to learn about the different branches of engineering. Former president of the Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers Chapter 891, in which the team organized a mentorship program, community service events, academic and professional workshops, and social events. Worked as a leader in the Real Time PC Virtual Summer Camp at UPRM.
