Responsibilities
I am an inVenTs Studio GA, so I'll assist with student projects and help manage Hoge's makerspace! I am also coordinating the Professional Development Committee, so I'll be helping the GLT members organize Slush Rush events!
Education
I graduated from Virginia Tech in May 2023 with my Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering. I was a part of the UG/G Accelerated Graduate School program and am now pursuing my Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering.
Background
I have been a part of CEED since 2019 when I joined the Hypatia LLC! Since then, I served as a Peer Mentor for 2 years, and then as a Peer Leader during my senior year. I have been heavily involved with Undergraduate Research in the Wang Orthopedic Biomechanics Lab and plan to carry over my studies to my graduate degree. I am focused on Tendon Healing projects to help patients with chronic pain and tendon injuries. I enjoy paddle boarding, hiking, and reading, and I love all types of music!
