Peter manages and guides strategies for the college’s digital platforms which include the website, online magazine, marketing programs, and social media. As Digital Communications Marketing Manager, Peter supports online efforts including photography, video, website analytics, search engine optimization, and user experience. Peter guides and is a resource for 14 engineering departments and schools within the College of Engineering.
Peter graduated from University of Albany in May of 1990 with a bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Peter has been with Virginia Tech since 2012. Previously, Peter was a marketing Graphic Designer for The Office of Summer and Winter Sessions, The Office of Enrollment and Degree Management, and Virginia Tech Online. Before joining Virginia Tech, he served as a Senior Marketing Communicator for Exact Software North America in Boston, and Associate Art Director for Hanley-Wood, Inc., a media company in Washington, D.C. serving the construction industry.
