Responsibilities

Jeff is the Associate Director of Instructional Technology for the College of Engineering Dean’s Office, providing leadership for research, support, and training in the area of technology used in education and online programs. Jeff coordinates troubleshooting efforts across technologies, support units, technicians, and vendors in order to best navigate issues across multiple systems and integrations. Guiding and supporting faculty to incorporate best practices into their online and in-class technology usage is the primary focus of his team.

Background

Previously, he served as the Dean’s office’s Director of Web Technologies, focusing on CMS administrator, web content strategy, and governance. 

Jeff has over twenty years of experience in web and print design, online course development, web application development, database administration, and project management in e-commerce and education/e-learning. He has focused on higher education for the last 17 years and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Education focusing on Instructional Technology.
