Amanda Reinartsen

Responsibilities

Amanda Reinartsen serves as the Social Media Manager for the Virginia Tech College of Engineering. With experience in social media marketing, Amanda focuses on overseeing and implementing onbrand messaging across all social media platforms to include: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Through these efforts, Amanda aims to build upon the college's brand awareness across digital platforms by crafting and managing a strategic social media plan, compelling content strategies and calendars, and creative and engaging social media campaigns.

Education

Amanda graduated from Radford University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing. She was named most outstanding marketing student for the Fall 2016 graduating class. 

Background

Prior to joining Virginia Tech’s professional community, Amanda served as Assistant Director of Marketing for Joba, a design, marketing, and communications studio located in Blacksburg, Virginia.
