Black Male Excellence Network
Offered through the Student Success Center, this program aims to improve the academic performance, undergraduate experience, and graduation rates of Black male undergraduates at Virginia Tech.
CEED Peer Mentoring
Offered through the Center for Enhancement of Engineering Diversity (CEED), this program is available to all first-year engineering students to discuss typical first-year issues such as finding campus resources, connecting with faculty, and exploring undergraduate research. You may select from the following groups:

GUEST (General Undergraduate Engineering Support Teams)
WEST (Women in Engineering Support Teams)
Hokies First Peer Mentoring Program
Offered through the Dean of Students, this program is for first-generation first-year and second-year students to help connect you with resources, build relationships with students, faculty, and staff, and adjust in your transition to Virginia Tech.
Hypatia and Galileo Living-Learning Community
Offered through the College of Engineering, this living-learning community is designed to bring together first-year and upper-class engineering students, build a community of peers, offer encouragement and support, and provide access to upper-class community members to make the first-year engineering experience successful and fun.
Peer Academic Coaching (PAC)
Offered through the Student Success Center, the PAC program offers in-person and virtual peer coaching to develop your academic success skills in time management, study skills, procrastination, and much more.
Peer Career Advisor Program (PCA)
Offered through Career and Professional Development, the PCA program offers peer career advising to support job search.
SOAR Holistic Coaching
Offered through InclusiveVT, the Student Opportunities and Achievement Resources (SOAR) program strives to provide a holistic approach to comprehensively support students on campus. Under our coaching program, we serve to assist students with their academic, personal, and professional needs during their time at Virginia Tech.
Transfer Peer Mentoring Program
Offered through Undergraduate Academic Affairs, this program is for new transfer students to connect incoming transfer students with currently enrolled transfer students to build community and integrate into life at Virginia Tech.
