What is ASCE Conrete Conoe?

This yearlong project involves the designing, construction, and paddling of a concrete canoe. At competition the team is judged on an oral presentation, a design paper, a display, and the appearance of the canoe. The team also gets to race their canoe. The races consist of a men’s and women’s sprint, endurance race, and a coed sprint. Every year the team strives to win the regional competition so that they may compete at nationals.
