Rafael Cedeno is a sophomore at Virginia Tech, pursuing a Bachelor’s in Applied Science with a focus on Aerospace and Ocean Engineering, maintaining a 3.7 GPA. Originally from Panama City, Rafael has a passion for learning, reading, researching, and watching videos that expand his knowledge.

He is one of four siblings and enjoys staying connected with his family. Rafael admires Ash Ketchum, who exemplifies the power of love and friendship and draws inspiration from Jordan Peterson for his wisdom and profound insights.

Rafael's childhood dream was to become an astronaut, a goal he continues to pursue through his studies and involvement in various communities at Virginia Tech. He has been actively engaged in a recycling group in Panama and is committed to making a difference at the college level, advocating for more opportunities for everyone. His favorite film is Oppenheimer, and he enjoys listening to Latin music.
