1. Participant Application

• Personal information
• Essay (1 paragraph) on "What about engineering interests you?" written by the applicant. You may want to write this ahead of time and copy and past it into the application.

2. Parent Form

• Personal information
• Financial statement (if scholarship is requested)
• Parent/legal guardian consent
• You will be emailed a link for your parent/guardian to complete this form once you submit the application. 
• Information in this form is used to determine needs-based scholarship awards.

3. Teacher Recommendation

• The reference must be a math, science, or technology teacher. Your teacher will be emailed directly with a link to complete the online recommendation. You will need his/her email address.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, meaning submissions are reviewed as they are received rather than after a fixed deadline. Decisions are made continuously, and offers are extended until all available spots are filled.
