1. Applicant Information Form 

• Personal information
• Essay (1 paragraph) on "What about engineering interests you?" This needs to be written by the applicant. You may want to write this ahead of time and copy and past it into the application.

2. Parent Information Form

• Personal information
• Financial statement (if scholarship is requested)
• Parent/legal guardian consent
• You will be emailed a link for your parent/guardian to complete this form once you submit the application. 

3. Teacher Recommendation

• The reference must be a math, science, or technology teacher. Your teacher will be emailed directly with a link to complete the online recommendation. You will need his/her email address.
