Elizabeth Schneider

Elizabeth is currently a sophomore at Virginia Tech studying Materials Science and Engineering. She is from Fairfax, Virginia, and enjoys running, hiking, baking, watching sports, and traveling. She is in the Hypatia Living Learning Community where she serves as an Upper-Class Leader and Women’s Preview Weekend Planning Committee member. She is also part of a design team on campus and a member of SWE.  Elizabeth traveled to Australia and New Zealand with RSAP in the Spring of 2024. She is excited to take advantage of other study-abroad opportunities while at Virginia Tech and share international experiences with other engineering students.
