    Join the Bradley Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering in Arlington, VA for our Colloquium Series on Wednesdays at 4 p.m., in September and October! Speakers consist of ECE alumni, academics, captains of industry, technologists, venture capitalists, leaders in defense, and more. There will be a reception before each talk at 3:30 p.m. outside the Foggy Bottom conference room.

The tailgate will take place Thursday, October 17 on Dietrick Lawn, from 4:30-7:30 p.m. Come mingle with friends, play some cornhole, grab some ECE swag, and enjoy local craft beer from Moon Hollow.

    Kick off Homecoming Weekend with a happy hour in the Ware Lab on Friday, October 25, from 4:00-6:30 p.m.!     Join Barry Miller, director of outreach, for a live virtual tour of the Virginia Tech Helmet Lab on Tuesday, Oct. 29, from 6-7:15 p.m. EST. Experience the cutting-edge technology used to test and enhance helmet performance. Plus, learn about the STAR rating system (Summation of Tests for the Analysis of Risk) and why helmets are crucial in preventing head injuries and trauma, no matter the sport or activity.

    Join students, faculty, alumni, and electrical and computer engineering (ECE) friends for the last tailgate of the 2024 football season on November 9!
