Kai Minter

“This isn’t the hardest thing I’ve done, and it won’t be the hardest thing I do.”
Kai Morgan Minter is a second-year Industrial Systems Engineering student at Virginia Tech. Originally from Manassas, VA, she holds a 3.84 GPA and values the sense of community among her fellow engineers, finding support and shared goals within the program.
Kai enjoys spending time with friends and family, helping her dad work on cars, and traveling whenever possible. She is passionate about giving back, having volunteered at numerous campus events and donated at a local Red Cross drive. Since arriving at Virginia Tech, she has been actively involved in CEED, starting as a mentee in the mentorship program, and she looks forward to becoming a mentor next semester.
Inspired by her mother’s work ethic and values, Kai dreams of completing her degree and making a meaningful impact in both her community and professional career.
