Program Term: Spring + May travel
This program is hosted by the Myers-Lawson School of Construction. Students will meet with the chosen partner via video conferencing to plan and coordinate the design, material purchases, and social interaction prior to going abroad. Students will learn and practice skills related to construction safety, means & methods, quality control, and productivity. The course includes skills labs so the students can receive hands-on training related to the work that will take place in the field.

THE GREEN PROGRAM is a special partner for study abroad connected with the Green Engineering minor program at VT. You can go on one of the TGP programs and earn VT credit (instead of transfer credit) toward the Green Engineering minor. Students need to apply to the GREEN PROGRAM and then submit a SCHOLARSHIP application soon after.
