The MSE department currently has opportunities for students to participate in summer cultural exchange programs at two universities in addition to other programs open to engineering students at Virginia Tech.

Intro to German Engineering (Open to MSE students) - 3 weeks of German Engineering from May-June (Instruction in English)

Featured Third Party Program

THE GREEN PROGRAM is a special partner for study abroad connected with the Green Engineering minor program at VT. You can go on one of the TGP programs and earn VT credit (instead of transfer credit) toward the Green Engineering minor. Students need to apply to the GREEN PROGRAM and then submit a SCHOLARSHIP application soon after.
