Provides historical knowledge and background of Industrial Revolutions 1-4. Familiarizes attendees with Industry 4.0 terms and best communication practices. Creates awareness of change culture. Develops leadership skills through public speaking training. Participants will demonstrate how to create and facilitate collaborative environments.

Participants will demonstrate the team-based requirements of Industry 4.0; machinery communications and the basics of network structures will be learned; attendees will practice 4.0 procedures and protocols; programming languages to be examined; experts in the field will discuss cybersecurity risks and common countermeasures.

Providing continuing education for professionals is the focus of the last workshop. Experts will showcase Industry 4.0 operations and technology and supply advice on developing business plans and new products. Professional analysis and feedback from experienced business coaches will occur at this time.
