Apply to the Watford Engineering Experience at Virginia Tech

The 2026 WEE VT application has two components.

1. Participant Application 

• Personal information
• Leadership, academic achievements, and extracurricular activities
• Essays (not to exceed 120 words each)
• High school grade transcript (does not need to be official) & current classes
• The application is a joint application with the C-Tech^2 and UPWARDS summer programs. You will have the option to select and rank your choices for one or more programs. In order to maximize the number of students who can participate, successful applicants will only be given an offer to one camp. 

2. Parent Information Form

• Personal information
• Financial statement
• Parent/legal guardian consent
• You will be emailed a link for your parent/guardian to complete this form once you submit the application.
• Information in this form is used to determine needs-based scholarship awards.
