VT Faculty-Led: Home Construction in Malawi
Join a hands-on service-learning experience in Malawi! Students will work alongside local community members to build sustainable homes for families in need while exploring global housing challenges and engaging in cultural exchange. As the culminating experience of CEM 3074: Global Design and Construction for Sustainable Development, this Spring 2027 program is open to all Virginia Tech students and fulfills a Pathways 6D requirement for most majors. The program also includes time in Amsterdam for reflection and cultural exploration
