One Passphrase for VT Username (PID) and Hokies

• Change Passphrase: Go to onecampus.vt.edu→ select Sign In→ select Manage Accounts → and select Change passphrase under VT Username

Virginia Tech Username (PID)

• Uses: OneCampus, Canvas, Google Apps, Hokie Spa, 2factor Authentication, etc.
• Change Password: Go to onecampus.vt.edu→ select Sign In→ select Manage Accounts → select Advanced under VT Username → select 'Change passphrase for Login services only'
  
• Forgot Password: Call 4help at (540)231-4357 (will need Hokie ID# from Hokie passport)
• Password Change Frequency: Yearly

Hokies (all things Microsoft)

• Uses: Outlook, weboutlook, adadmin, Microsoft services (office 365, sharepoint, computer login, etc.)
• Change Password: If on Windows Press CTRL+ALT+DEL while on windows machine and select change password
• Or go to onecampus.vt.edu→ select Sign In→ select Manage Accounts → select Advanced under VT Username → select 'Change passphrase for Hokies services only'
  
• Forgot Password: Call 1-8635 (Chandler) or 1-7884 (Jeff Lewis)
• Password Change Frequency: Yearly

Network

• Uses: Wireless (Eduroam) and Pulse Secure formerly Junos Pulse (VPN)
• Change Password: Go to onecampus.vt.edu→ select Sign In→ select Manage Accounts → and select 'Network Password' under Network Access
• Forgot Password: Same as change password
• Password Change Frequency: Never

Banner (oracle password)

• Uses: Access Banner
• Change Password: Go to https://banweb.banner.vt.edu/vt/prod/irm_password_change.password_entry and follow instructions.
• Forgot Password: Call 4help at (540)231-4357 (will need Hokie ID# from Hokie passport)
• Password Change Frequency: Yearly

Avaya Voicemail

• Change Password: Hit the messages button, enter password, press 4, press 2, and change password
• Forgot Password: Call 4help at (540) 231-4357 (will need Hokie ID# from Hokie passport)
