I am currently a graduate student in CEE with a focus in environmental and water resources. I hope to use my degree to design drinking water sanitation systems for undeserved populations of the world. Additionally, I am a 2021 Hokie alumni of the BSE and Philosophy departments. During my time as an undergraduate student, I completed many short-term study abroad experiences including the COE's RSAP program in the spring of 2018 to New Zealand where I got to explorer how engineering practices differ across cultures. Pamplin's Project Esperanza Program in spring 2019 to the Dominican Republic where I had the opportunity to work with a local entrepreneur to create a plan to start his small business. And, the Rwanda Project with the CEM department where I worked with a team of other Hokie engineers to design and install a water satiation system for a community that had been without a clean water for over 20 years. Outside of GEA I play on the Women's Club Water Polo team and love cheering on all of VT's others sports teams. I am also frequently found at home watching sitcoms from the early 2000s and hanging out with my pet fish.
