The Office of International Programs and Information Technology

Overview
The College of Engineering Office of International Programs and Information Technology at Virginia Tech has supported post-baccalaureate education for working engineers and scientists in the United States for over twenty years.   The graduate programs offered include Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Ocean Engineering, and Systems Engineering. The Distance Learning programs are offered via state of the art technology that includes interactive videoconferencing (IVC) and online delivery methods.

Student computing requirements, software licensing, research computing and a host of other services are also the responsibility of our office.

International Programs, be it studying, co-oping, or interning abroad, are administered by Dean Scales out of this office.
